COUNTER FRYING RANGES:
The most popular of the frying ranges. It provides a serving area which can be located in the middle of the range, or more commonly at the end.
This frying range allows the fryer to be in the customer’s eye, reassuring them of the quality of your food. It also allows for the fryer to fry and serve alone during quieter periods, whilst providing enough space for more workers during busier periods.
WALL FRYING RANGES:
The Wall Frying Range is the least requested of the three and is fitted against the wall as the name suggests.
This fish and chip range is generally used in shops that have limited space available. many fish and chip shops throughout the country are successfully operating with this frying range, however, our experienced designers can provide you with all the advice needed to ensure this range will work for you.
ISLAND FRYING RANGES:
The Island Frying Range is highly recommended for busy shops. The fryer stands behind the range as normal whilst the server stands in front, taking care of the customers. The range has the ability to pass the product through, allowing the server to take the cooked product from their side.
This type of fish and chip frying range allows both the fryer and server to have maximum space, meaning fast production during busy periods. There is not a counter provided with this range but this can be purchased separately and is available at Henry Nuttall, along with any bain maries or other cooking equipment you may require.
OPEN TOP RANGE
The Open Top Range is designed specifically for operators who wish to basket fry. The open top range provides a clear view of your product whilst frying. The method is also perfect for blanching your chips providing the customer with fresh hot chips every time. Whilst baskets work perfectly with the Open top range, there is still the availability of Loose frying, giving you the utmost flexibility.

Hinged Lids are still available across all range styles, still popular with many operators who choose to loose fry.

We offer a range of frontages, from the curved stainless to more classic laminate panels. We can also work with you if you wish to decorate the range in other materials, such as tiles or wooden panels. We will provide a suitable ply for this to be achieved.
